This summer, ETIC is proud to launch the “Sister’s Boxercise Summer Showdown,” a dedicated health and fitness initiative aimed at empowering sisters in the community. True to our motto, “Train your body, strengthen your soul,” these structured boxing-fitness sessions blend physical conditioning with a supportive, faith-friendly environment.
Choose your track (or join both!):
- Thursday Sessions: 8 weeks for £32
(Dates: July 9, 16, 22, 30 & August 6, 13, 20, 27) - Sunday Sessions: 7 weeks for £28
(Dates: July 12, 19, 28 & August 2, 16, 23, 30) - Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
All fitness levels are welcome.
Advanced registration is mandatory.
